Ginny & Jer, founders of Sowena Lettings, are experienced and trusted property investors, landlords, and mentors.
Born in Cornwall, they’ve built and managed portfolios of single lets and HMOs locally and in NE Lincolnshire.
When they’re not helping landlords and tenants or sharing their expertise, you’ll find them soaking up the Cornish coastline, walking the beaches, or enjoying a well-earned coffee after a countryside stroll. They bring a positive, approachable vibe to everything they do
